This recipe is linked to the recipe for roast beef, is simple, and good effect !

Yorkshire pudding

Milk 200g

200 g flour

2 tablespoons water

A tablespoon lard or oil

4 eggs

A pinch of salt

This dose is enough for 10 people, to increase or decrease just keep in mind that the weight of the flour must be equal to that of milk and that each egg is accompanied by 50 g of flour ... fun to do the math !

Turn on the oven by setting the temperature to 220 ° .

Let's open the eggs and assemble with electric beaters . Add flour , salt , milk pouring wire and water. Let the mixture stand for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the lard and helping with a pastry brush anoint good stencils . Place the pan with the ramekins in a hot oven , when we hear the sizzle of the hot lard and withdraw them from the oven , quickly , fill the molds with the mixture , making sure to fill just over half ( inflate in the oven ) . We place the pan in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Withdraw them from the oven and let us serve them with roast beef and the accompanying sauces .
