The first years of marriage, the first "cooked" for friends. 

The insecurity, anxiety due to inexperience ... 


This dish was cooking it for my neighbor at the time (and great friend) Imma and her husband, with whom I often would spend pleasant holidays. 

Orecchiette with broccoli




1 kg of broccoli Bari 

Oil extr. Olive 


A clove of garlic

We clean the vegetables, keeping the tender leaves and small. We make an incision to cross into the stems that are thicker and therefore take longer to cook.
