This recipe I learned from a master that I followed on TV, thanks to Masterchef Australia !


Chocolate cake soft-hearted



250 g butter, melted

320 g of caster sugar

90 g of cocoa powder

125 of sifted flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

125 g of flour

5 eggs

230 g of dark chocolate of excellent quality, 70%

parchment paper

If you like, roasted salted peanuts (you can substitute with almonds or hazelnuts)




We prepare all the ingredients , sifting the flour and baking powder. Coarsely cut the chocolate and peanuts (we can not even put them ) . We prepare a mold with baking paper . With an electric mixer work the butter with the sugar and cocoa.Add the eggs one at a time , in the end we combine the flour and baking powder. We turn off the whisk and add the chocolate and peanuts by hand. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 165 ° for 40 minutes.

We lift the cake from the oven and let rest for about 30 minutes before serving.

Also cool is yummy !
