The youngest of my children has made his First Communion and she chose the menu. This dessert is a favorite of his, and of course could not miss. It can be prepared well in advance and have it in the freezer at this time can make convenient for unexpected guests ...

This recipe is one that I discovered thanks to the TV show "proof of the cook," but I do not remember who made them.


Nougat parfait





150 grams of chocolate nougat
500 g of fresh cream
4 egg yolks fresh
150 gr sugar
10 grams of gelatin
A teaspoon of instant coffee
1 \ 2 cup of strong coffee




We prepare all the ingredients. We fracture nougat,put in cold water fish glue, assemble the cream and the egg yolks with the sugar.

 We heat the coffee and add the gelatin squeezed, turn right, taking care of and melt the gelatin and let's put it into the cream,   turn, add the coffee powder, the eggs with the sugar and finally the chopped nougat.

Pour the mixture into a mold lined with plastic wrap  and let rest in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours. Just remember to remove it from the refrigerator at least 20 minutes before serving.
